Terms & Conditions – aa6 Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and aa6 ("aa6", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products and services available at aa6.club, including but not limited to the aa6 Casino, Sportsbook, Slots, and Sic Bo sections of the platform. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By registering an account on aa6, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the aa6 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any aa6 service. Your continued use of aa6 following any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. aa6 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account and/or via a notice displayed upon login to your aa6 account.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To open and maintain an account with aa6 and to use any real-money gaming service on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aa6 strictly prohibits underage gambling. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which aa6's services are prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of aa6 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

aa6 requires mandatory age and identity verification for all accounts prior to the authorisation of any real-money deposit or withdrawal. Verification is conducted via submission of a valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card) or Passport. aa6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where age or identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and to confiscate any winnings accrued by an ineligible account holder.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account with aa6. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. When registering your aa6 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all required fields. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify aa6 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. aa6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aa6 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). aa6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• aa6 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges independently of aa6.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all applicable identity verification requirements. aa6 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• aa6 reserves the right to implement transaction limits at its discretion, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal caps.
• Any balance in your aa6 account that has been dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to you in advance. Accounts dormant for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

aa6 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and other conditions detailed in the individual promotion terms published on the aa6 platform. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. aa6 may verify eligibility before crediting any promotional amount.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• aa6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated play — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• VIP programme benefits, cashback offers, and reload bonuses are governed by tier-specific terms communicated to eligible members by their designated account manager or via the aa6 promotions page.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aa6 platform — including live dealer casino games, RNG-based casino games, and Sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game's information panel. aa6's RNG systems are independently certified for statistical randomness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer studios operating on the aa6 platform carry their own independent certifications. By participating in any game on aa6, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by the relevant game mechanics and, where applicable, independently certified RNG systems.
• aa6 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sportsbook odds are set by aa6's trading team and may be updated at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event. In-play odds are subject to continuous adjustment.
• aa6 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or at clearly incorrect odds, and to settle markets in accordance with published settlement rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the aa6 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial instruments.
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate aa6 transactions.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to benefit from corrupt sporting events.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aa6 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, trade names, and written content — is the proprietary property of aa6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the aa6 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any aa6 content without prior written consent from aa6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the aa6 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. aa6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aa6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aa6 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond aa6's reasonable control.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

aa6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete required identity verification; or if aa6 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk. Upon termination of an account for cause, aa6 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting aa6 support at [email protected].

11. Privacy & Data

aa6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aa6 implements industry-standard security measures to protect member data and does not sell personal data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the platform's payment processing and identity verification services.

12. Responsible Gaming

aa6 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all members via the account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion for up to five years. Activation of any responsible gaming tool takes immediate effect. aa6 enforces strict 21+ age verification on all accounts and trains its support team to identify and appropriately respond to indicators of problem gambling. 13. Amendments

aa6 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Amended terms will be posted at aa6.club/terms-conditions and, where material, communicated to members via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the aa6 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using aa6 and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which aa6 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority. Nothing in this clause limits aa6's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
